OneForAll is a prepaid credit-based API proxy that routes your requests to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) using our API keys. You do not need accounts with those providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of those companies — we are an independent service that purchases API access and resells it on a per-token basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Credits are prepaid units (1 credit = $0.001 USD) that are deducted from your balance when you make API requests. The credit cost per request depends on the model and token usage as shown on our pricing page. Credits are reserved before a request begins and reconciled after.
All credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By purchasing you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected amount. Purchases are final once processed.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts with zero activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed; any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method where technically feasible.
Unspent credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at legal@oneforall.dev. Credits that have already been consumed cannot be refunded. If a technical error on our end causes incorrect credit deduction we will restore the difference upon investigation.
We may adjust credit rates for individual models. We will provide at least 7 days notice via email before increasing rates. Rate decreases take effect immediately and benefit your existing balance automatically.
You may use the service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund of consumed credits.
To ensure fair access we enforce rate limits: 60 requests per minute per API key and 200 requests per minute per account across all keys. Requests that exceed these limits receive a 429 response. We may adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to transmit your content to the AI providers solely to fulfill your request. We do not store message content and do not use it for any other purpose. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the relevant provider and applicable law — we make no representation about your ownership of AI-generated content.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party AI providers whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by those providers. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneForAll's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneForAll and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by emailing legal@oneforall.dev. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with 14 days notice (or immediately for serious violations). Upon termination, unused credits will be refunded to your original payment method where feasible, less any amounts owed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes you may close your account and receive a refund of unused credits.
